Kimberly A. Fouche´MS, Psychology –
Psychedelic Integration Coach

 

The changes in the world today can throw us off balance and having a guide to help one find ways to re-balance is important to one's well-being. I have had life experience in dealing with trauma which guided me to become engaged in the field of psychology, for the past 11 years.  In the journey of healing my own trauma I was drawn into the field of psychotherapy--I can serve as a guide to return you to balance

 

Through my own work with psychedelic medicines  I have gained a great deal of knowledge of how the mind is impacted by the stories that we tell ourselves.  These stories can cause anxiety and depression that affect the whole person:;  psycho-spiritually,  physically,  and mentally .  The signs and symptoms manifest at every level.

Working together setting intentions to help you integrate back to the self.  Helping you find your inner healing intelligence as you go through your own personal journey.  You are unique, having your own story to tell that can sometimes be traumatic and painful. I believe that holding a safe space for people where they are cared for and understood can influence change.  I trust that the way to heal is through compassion, empathy, caring,  in a non-judgmental space. I work with many different tools including  music, movement, and storytelling during integration, which can help to encourage change.

MAPS (Multidisiplinary Association of Psychedelic Studies) trained.  Founded in 1986, the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit research and educational organization that develops medical, legal, and cultural contexts for people to benefit from the careful uses of psychedelics and marijuana.

I had a hard time finally taking the step to work with plant medicine. I had this idea in my head that maybe this wasn't for me and I would not be safe. It took awhile for me to finally make the decision to step into this work. 

 

I am so incredibly grateful that I took this leap of faith. Working with plant medicine has shifted the trajectory of my life and relation to my physical and emotional pain. Kinberly has been a wonderful and magical addition to my healing circle.

 

I wanted to share my challenges around my relationship to money and the cost associated with this work. When I initially heard the pricing it seemed like a massive investment. I definitely went in with some negative thoughts and a lack of personal understanding around the money and cost. This was part of the medicine  working with me even before I began the initial journey.

 

Once I physically started the work and saw the attention to detail and how much time and energy was actually being expended by Kimberly I finally understood. Literally this converted into an hourly cost was cheaper and 100 times more beneficial than other modalities and therapies I had tried. 

 

The trade in value was immense, the hours and hours that were spent with me were way beyond my initial understanding. Beyond the hours the compassion, empathy and safety of the container met so many needs for me.

Kimberly has a heart of gold and held space so beautifully and graciously for 2 integration sessions, one in person and one over zoom at long distance.  In both cases, Kimberly was a competent, skillful and steadfast guide that created a safe space for me to go deep and to release old trauma. This  medicine session was a powerful ally and I felt exquisitely cared for in the process by Kimberly.
